| The Summer Team Prep program is designed to prepare the athlete for team tryouts (Rep or School Team).
The sessions will teach key skills and begin the physical preparation for the upcoming rep and school season. This program begins with individual skill development and builds to team sets. Maximum of 10 participants per age division. |
